Relating to appropriating the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to be used by the Leasing Board of Eleemosynary and State Memorial Park lands to be used for advertising for bids of mineral leases on lands owned and held by the State as State Eleemosynary and State Memorial Park lands for oil and gas leases.
