Relating to providing that the river bed of the Trinity River in Henderson and Navarro Counties shall not be sold and shall remain open to the public for fishing and hunting with the specific reference to that portion of the Trinity River known as The Cut Off; giving to the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission authority to make regulations controlling fishing and hunting on said Cut Off of the Trinity River; providing a penalty for violations .
