HB 80, 43rd R.S.

Relating to providing that all taxes of the Wichita Falls Independent School District for the calendar year 1933 and subsequent years shall become due on the 1st day of October of each year, respectively, and that unless one-half of such taxes are paid on or before the 31st day of the month in which such taxes become due, the entire taxes for that year shall become delinquent, and a penalty of ten per centum (10%) on all of said taxes shall accrue thereon.
