Relating to permitting the taking of pelts of fur-bearing animals for the purpose of sale in Nacogdoches and Angelina Counties during the months of December and January; making it unlawful to take such pelts or to employ a steel trap for taking any fur-bearing animal during any other months than December and January; providing a penalty; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict with this Act.
