SB 438, 43rd R.S.
Relating to amending certain Article of the Code of Criminal Procedure so as to provide that when a district clerk fails, neglects or refuses to make any report required of such officer by the Attorney General, that the Attorney General shall notify in writing the Comptroller of Public Accounts of such failure, neglect or refusal, whereupon the Comptroller shall refuse to issue any warrant which may be due to such district clerk until such report is made.
