Relating to providing a privilege license for any person before engaging in the business of a Commercial Fisherman, Wholesale Fish Dealer, Retail Fish Dealer, Bait Dealer, Fish Guide; prescribing a penalty for violation of any provision of this Act; providing all license fees are annual and effective dates of licenses; providing for the effective date of the Act.
