Relating to making an appropriation for the purpose of providing postage, insurance, stamps and other expenses, necessary in performing the duties required of the State Treasurer in the administration of the provisions of certain statute, during fiscal years of 1933-34 and 1934-35, to b e paid out of interest earned on the daily balances of "Paying FUnd of the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness."
