Relating to authorizing and providing a method for the Commissioner of the General Land Office to lease to the Houston Yacht Club certain submerged lands in Galveston Bay adjacent to certain tract of land conveyed to San Jacinto Bay Corporation, in deed recorded in Vol. 697, page 460, Deed Records of Harris County and prescribing the terms and conditions of said lease.
