Relating to prohibiting the sale of Barbituric Acid (Diethylbarbituric Acid) or derivatives and compounds thereof under any copyrighted or chemical names except to wholesale drug houses, chemical houses, hospitals and dispensing pharmacies or practicing physicians, dentist or veterinarian; prescribing a penalty for the violation of this Act.
