HB 63, 43rd 4th C.S.
Relating to providing that all cities situated not more than one hundred (100) miles from the Gulf of Mexico, and not more than fifty (50) miles from any stream forming an international boundary, may mortgage and encumber their abattoirs and the income thereof, for the purpose of constructing, acquiring or improving the same.
