HB 749, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Sections of the General Laws of the 43rd Legislature (R.S.); sale, transportation and inspection of petroleum products, and providing that venue of criminal prosecution for violations of said statutes shall be in Travis County or in the county where an offense is committed; providing that conviction may be had upon the uncorroborated testimony of an accomplice; and providing that this Act shall take effect and become law on September 1, 1935.
