Relating to amending certain Sections of the General and Special Laws of the 43rd Legislature (1st C.S.); providing for the creating of a fireman, policeman and fire alarm operators' Pension Fund in certain cities and towns having a paid fire, police and fire alarm operators' department, and creating a Board of Trustees for the same and defining the duties and powers of the trustees thereof.
