Relating to eliminating compulsory inspection of fruits other than citrus, and vegetables other than potatoes; providing for the adoption of United States grades for certain fruits and vegetables, and the promulgation of additional grades giving the Commissioner of Agriculture authority to enter into a cooperative agreements with the United States Department of Agriculture.
