SB 285, 44th R.S.
Relating to declaring that it was not the intention of the Forty-third Legislature of Texas in enacting Senate Bill 546, passed at the Regular Session of the Forty-third Legislature, or in Section 7 of Senate Bill Number 546, passed at the Regular Session of the Forty-third Legislature, to provide that there should never be more than 466,000.00, par value, of bonds issued out of the $950,000.00, par value, of bonds issued by the vote taken in Cameron County Water Control and Improvement District Number Nineteen and validated in said Act.
