Relating to ordering and authorizing the Governor and Commissioner of General Land Office to convey and quitclaim to the trustees of the Troup Consolidated Independent School District in Smith and Cherokee Counties, Texas, and their successor in office for the use and benefit to said Troup Consolidated Independent School District.
