SB 526, 44th R.S.

Relating to transferring the use and possession of 16.66 acres of land out of the George W. Spear Headright League adjoining Camp Mabry in Travis County, Texas, title to which is now in the State of Texas, authorizing the Highway Department to pay to the Adjutant General's Department the sum of Thirty-two Hundred ($3200.00) Dollars, making an appropriation to the Adjutant General's Department of such sum so received, and authorizing the Adjutant General's Department to purchase for the State of Texas a suitable right-of-way and entrance to Camp Mabry.
