Relating to permitting the Bradfish Grain Company and the member or members composing the same to sue the State of Texas and the State Highway Department, of Texas, for damages alleged to have been done and to have accrued to the property of said company, which is used for conducting a grain business in the City of Weatherford, said property being used in conducting a feed and grain business and located on the North side and adjoining Fort Worth Street and State Highway No. 1.
