Bush of San Angelo, Tom Green County, Texas, permission to bring suit against the State of Texas and the State Highway Department of Texas for damages for personal injuries on account of the negligence of an employee of the State Highway Department, while W.E. Bush was employed on construction work on State Highway No. 70.
