Relating to making appropriations to defray the costs assessed against the State of Texas of the Rio Grande joint investigation being conducted by the National Resources Committee, through the Water Resources Committee, constituted under Act of Congress, and making appropriations to pay the Court costs and expenses of the Attorney General in the prosecution of the complaint of the State of Texas in the cause of the State of Texas vs. the State of New Mexico, et al, No. 12 Original, October Term, 1936, in the Supreme Court of the United States.
