HB 369, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that upon petition of forty (40) of the qualified voters but not to exceed five (5) per cent in any voting precinct or ward, the Chairman of the County Executive Committee or any three (3) members of such Committee shall nominate a supervisor of election for such voting precinct.
