HB 427, 45th R.S.

Relating to authorizing and empowering the Commissioners Court in counties having a population of more than three hundred thousand (300,000) and less than three hundred fifty thousand (350,000) inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census, to purchase fire trucks and other fire-fighting equipment for the protection and preservation of bridges, warehouses, shops, and other property located without the limits of any incorporated city or town.
