HB 429, 45th R.S.

Relating to fixing terms of office and providing for election of school trustees in cities constituting Independent School Districts or which have assumed control of their Public Free Schools and having, according to the last preceding Federal Census, a population of not less than one hundred one thousand (101,000) inhabitants, and not more than one hundred five thousand (105,000) inhabitants.
