Relating to authorizing and directing the Commissioner of the General Land Office of the State of Texas to deed, convey, assign and/or transfer all right, title, and interest of whatsoever class, kind or character, directly or indirectly belonging to the State of Texas, in and to that tract of land known as the Lampasas State Park, situated in Lampasas County, Texas, said land to be conveyed to the city of Lampasas, Texas, which said tract of land was heretofore donated to the State of Texas for park purposes by the citizenship of Lampasas, Texas, but no improvement made thereon by the State of Texas.
