Relating to the Charter of the City of Kingsville so that its city limits will include a parcel of land approximately three (3) city blocks, lying immediately south of the original campus of the Texas College of Arts and Industries, being a dormitory site recently purchased for the State of Texas by the Board of Directors of the Texas College of Arts and Industries.
