Relating to amending certain Act providing for an adequate and efficient examination of statewide mutual assessment insurance associations by exempting from the provisions thereof associations which are not operated for profit and which pay no commissions to anyone, and whose operating expense does not exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per month, and which limit their membership to employees and the families of employees of any designated firm, corporation, or individual.
