SB 103, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that the court may set several capital cases on the same day; providing that only one venire shall be drawn for all capital cases set for the same day; providing each defendant shall be furnished a list of the venire for the day his case is set; providing that court may in his discretion excuse the remainder of the venire.
