SB 349, 45th R.S.

Relating to providing and authorizing that any bonds, interest thereon, or similar obligations, issued by any municipality or political division of the State may be made payable at the office of the State Treasurer, designating and constituting the State Treasurer, Ex-officio Treasurer and fiscal agent of such municipalities and political divisions for such purposes, providing for the deposit and payment of funds by municipalities and political divisions with the State Treasurer for such purposes.
