Relating to re-appropriating the unexpended balances of the appropriation for Three Million ($3,000,000) Dollars made in certain Act according to the allocation of said fund and re-creating the Commission of Control for Texas Centennial Celebrations and prescribing the duties of said Commission and re-appropriating the unexpended balance of the One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars heretofore appropriated to the use of the State Board of Control for the purpose of paying expenses for the administration of the duties imposed upon said Board under the Act, and providing for an audit.
