HB 78, 45th 2nd C.S.
Relating to providing that any person purchasing citrus fruit from any dealer qualified as such, and paying therefor in current money of the United States, shall be exempt from giving the bond provided in certain Act and providing that such person applying for license shall indicate on his application that he desires to operate as a cash buyer, buying only from qualified dealers, prescribing the rights of such cash citrus dealer and providing the amount of license fee, a penalty for violation.
