HB 185, 46th R.S.

Relating to validating elections heretofore held, authorizing the issuance of waterworks revenue bonds in certain cities; and the bonds when issued, approved, and registered, under circumstances prescribed herein; providing that the provisions hereof shall not be applicable in instances wherein litigation exists or which may be brought into litigation within ninety (90) days after the effective date of this Act.
