Relating to declaring it unlawful to take, hunt, trap, ensnare, kill, or attempt to kill by any means whatsoever any wild deer, buck, doe, fawn, or wild turkey in Parker County for a period of four (4) years from and after April 15, 1940, and in Stephens County from and after the passage of this Act; providing a penalty therefor.
