Relating to authorizing and directing the Commissioner of the General Land Office of the State of Texas to deed, convey, and transfer all right, title, and interest of whatsoever class, kind, or character directly or indirectly belonging to the State of Texas, in and to that tract of land known as the Blanco State Park, which said tract of land is located in the City of Blanco, Blanco County, Texas.
