Relating to declaring it unlawful for any person to kill, take, or have in his possession for purpose of sale in Angelina and Tyler Counties any wild fox or the pelts thereof; providing that this law shall be in force for a period of two (2) years; prescribing a penalty for the violation of the provisions of this Act.
