Relating to validating certain outstanding road and bridge time warrants of Rusk County, Texas, heretofore issued to provide funds for the construction of a connection between State Highway No. 26 and State Highway No. 259 in Commissioner's Precinct No. 1 of said County, said time warrants being in the amount of Thirty-five Thousand One Hundred Eighty-two and 15/100 ($35,182.15) Dollars.
