SB 448, 46th R.S.
Relating to directing the Texas State Parks Board to execute quit-claim deeds to lands situated in the Big Bend Park in Brewster County which were sold for taxes and acquired by the State for park purposes under the terms of Chapter 100, Acts of the First Called Session of the Forty-third Legislature, to the original owners in cases where the taxes were not actually delinquent, and where tax receipts or tax certificates can be produced showing payment of such taxes.
