HB 203, 47th R.S.

Relating to amending the Revised Civil Statutes providing that service upon the contestee in a primary nomination contest may be had upon the agent or attorney of the contestee, or by leaving such notice with some person over the age of sixteen (16) years at the usual place of residence or business of the contestee, or his last address.
