Relating to prohibiting the use in all lakes and streams situated in Nolan County, Texas, all certain devices for catching fish; to limit the size and number of fish to be caught; to prohibit the taking of any fresh-water fish during a certain period; prohibiting persons other than the owner from entering upon or fishing form rafts, piers or boats; providing certain penalty.
