Relating to establishing and maintaining an Agricultural Experiment Station for the development of dairy, poultry, and truck crops in the First Senatorial District of Texas, authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to select a suitable location for said station and empowering said Board of Directors to establish and maintain the same.
