Relating to authorizing the State of Texas through its Attorney General or any County of District Attorney to institute suit to enjoin any person, firm, corporation or their officers, agents, servants or employees from demanding, receiving or attempting to collect usurious interest, and from engaging in the business of making loans where usurious interest is charged.
