Relating to amending certain Statutes to enable the Board of Control to invite bids on printing, binding, stationery, and supplies of like character estimated to cost less than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars without publishing the proposed letting, and prescribing the method by which the Board of Control notifies the successful bidder of the amount of the bond or certified check required.
