SB 169, 48th R.S.

Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing that the Department of Public Welfare shall not consider income derived in payment of labor actually performed or service rendered by the needy recipients of old age assistance or who may hereafter be placed on said rolls, where the total amount for any calendar year does not exceed Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars.
