Relating to appropriating the sum of One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($1,750) or so much thereof as may be necessary, to the Texas State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers for the employment of two (2) clerks at a salary of One hundred and Twenty-five Dollars ($125) per month each for the remainder of the current fiscal year ending August 31, 1945, such appropriation to be paid out of the Professional Engineer's License Fund.
