Relating to making an appropriation of Three Hundred and Twenty-six dollars and Seventy Cents ($326.70) or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of the General Revenue Fund, not otherwise appropriated, to pay a certain judgment obtained by the American Petroleum Company against the State of Texas in the 98th Judicial District Court of Travis County, Texas, in Cause Number 63,659; authorizing the Comptroller of Public Accounts to pay said claim.
