HB 693, 49th R.S.

Relating to validating all Public Junior Colleges now organized and conducted in the State of Texas, which have been actually in operation prior to January 1, 1943, or which are recognized as standard Junior Colleges by the State Department of Education, and authorizing such Junior Colleges to receive the privileges and benefits of House Bill No. 10, Chapter 290, Acts of 1929, 41st Legislature, Regular Session, and all amendments thereof.
