HB 856, 49th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Acts by providing that in all incorporated cities and towns containing more than one hundred and seventy-five thousand (175,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding or any future Federal Census, the governing body shall have power to lay out, acquire, and construct any section or portion of any street within its jurisdiction as a freeway under certain circumstances; repealing all laws in conflict.
