HB 293, 50th R.S.

Relating to amending relating to extending reciprocal privileges to non-residents and citizens of foreign countries; providing that non-residents and citizens of foreign countries shall be exempted from securing licenses under this Act if similar exemption is extended to citizens of this State by such foreign States and Countries.
