Relating to fixing the compensation of Official Shorthand Reporters and providing for the payment thereof in counties having a population of not less than two hundred and twenty-five thousand (225,000) and not more than three hundred and ninety-eight thousand (398,000); providing a saving clause; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith to the extent of the conflict.
