Relating to providing for the transfer of title to certain lands to the State Highway Commission consisting of six (6) separate tracts or parcels, in Denton County, necessary for the expansion and improvement of State Highway No. 24, from North Locust Street in the City of Denton easterly to the Denton-Collin County Line.
