Relating to authorizing the Board of Regents of The University of Texas to accept title for and in behalf of the State of Texas for the use and benefit of The University of Texas of any and all lands to be donated as sites needed for the location within the Texas Medical Center at Houston of the M. D. Anderson Hospital for Cancer Research, the Dental College of The University of Texas, a School of Public Health and a Preceptorial Training Center.
