SB 84, 50th R.S.

Relating to amending certain laws by requiring all cities having fully paid firemen and where Firemen's Relief and Retirement Funds have been created under the terms thereof, to contribute and appropriate annually to such fund an amount equal to the annual contributions made by the fully paid firemen, which such amount shall not exceed the sum of three (3%) per centum of the Fire Department's annual payroll.
